• Establishing company procedures to ensure that waste is managed in line with legislation and that all parties involved in the waste production, transportation, transfer and disposal process comply with their Duty of Care regarding waste control.
• Periodically review environmental legislation to which the organisation’s activities are subject to ensure continued compliance with both the letter and spirit of legislation.

We are proactive in our endeavours to ensure that all personnel employed by, working with or alongside the company work in a completely safe environment. We regularly and methodically assess all risks and put into place the necessary safeguards to protect and promote safe working practice.

In order to keep the company fully up to date with all Health and Safety legislation we employ The Health and Safety People Limited to advise, assist and monitor all matters relevant to ensure a safe working environment for all concerned. They assist us in the preparation of the company Health and Safety policy and all necessary Risk Assessments.
